13 th October 2015

We were very lucky to see a flying display of a model helicopter, and had the chance to ask questions all about the theory of flight ready for writing our Explanations of Flight in English.  We loved watching the helicopter hover and turn circles in the air!

We were able to meet a pilot and ask lots of questions! We learnt about the Airbus aeroplane and the duties of an airline pilot. We also saw and tried some experiments to demonstrate lift and to learn about how a jet engine works.5/10/15
